3. 5-Step Formula Security Process at PH Macca
Sign bilingual NDA
- Clearly state the definition of “Secret Formula”, scope of use, sanctions (compensation, penalty for violations).
- Valid indefinitely or for a minimum of 5 years after the project.
Access authorization
- R&D records are stored separately on internal servers (ISO 27001).
- Each project has a “lock code” – only the QC team, R&D manager, and Technical Director can open it.
Separate test line
- Private recipe is roasted in a closed area; staff sign a “Confidentiality Appendix” each shift.
- Test batch with QR code, view operation history → trace if needed.
Sample storage and disposal
- Control sample + temperature and humidity records, storage time 36 months.
- After the deadline, the destruction will be recorded and signed by both parties.
Customer portal
- Check R&D status, download test records with one-time token – no sending via public email.
4. Public Commitment from PH Macca
“PH Macca commits to absolute confidentiality of all formulas provided by customers or jointly developed; data is only used for product processing/design purposes according to signed contracts.”
- Never share with third parties without written consent.
- Compensation for actual damages + 50% of order value if the formula is revealed due to PH Macca’s subjective error.
- Annual security assessment – report to customer (if requested).
